In accordance with the 2026 action plan for implementing the state youth policy, a meeting was held with the participation of Davron Nosirov, Dean of the Faculty of Philology at Alfraganus University; Zuhra Saidova, the Rector’s Advisor on Women's Affairs; Javlonbek Mirzayev, Head of the Human Resources Department at the Ibrat Farzandlari non-governmental non-profit organization; and Ulugbek Qobiljonov, Corporate and Organizations Relations Manager of the Mutolaa project.

During the meeting, participants received detailed information on opportunities to learn foreign languages, acquire modern professional skills, and strengthen employees’ interest in reading. The speakers also introduced the objectives of the projects, the opportunities they offer, and how to make the most of their educational platforms.

At the end of the event, representatives of the projects presented all participants with three-month Premium subscriptions to the Ibrat Farzandlari and Mutolaa platforms.
