A promotional event and a seminar-training on “Stress and its management” were organized at School No. 22 in Jizzakh region by the head of the “AFU mind care” club of Alfraganus University.

During the event, students were given useful advice on correctly understanding stress conditions, methods of managing them, maintaining mental health, and increasing motivation.

In addition, detailed information was provided to the students about Alfraganus University’s educational programs, rector’s grants, opportunities to receive state and university scholarships, modern curricula, and the conditions created for students.
