From April 12–16, the Rector of Alfraganus University paid an official visit to the United States at the invitation of Logan University located in St. Louis.

— During the visit, negotiations were held between Alfraganus University and Logan University regarding cooperation developed over the past two years, including academic exchange and joint educational programs.

— The delegation was accompanied by our compatriot, Professor Zholdas Kuljanov, as well as representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the United States. The Alfraganus delegation was welcomed by the team led by the President of Logan University.

— At the conclusion of the meeting, an agreement was reached to expand academic exchange and to launch double degree programs (dual diplomas) starting from the new academic year.

— The official signing ceremony and finalization of documents are scheduled to take place at Alfraganus University on May 15–25, 2026.

— We express our sincere gratitude to Professor Zholdas Kuljanov and the representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the United States for their support in organizing this visit.

From now on, studying in the U.S. is no longer just a dream. Through Alfraganus University’s partnership programs, students will have the opportunity to earn diplomas from both Logan University and Alfraganus University, as well as continue part of their studies in the United States.
