An official meeting took place at Alfraganus University with a delegation from the Bulgarian University of Architecture, Construction and Geodesy and the European Institute of Education.

During the meeting, discussions focused on developing higher education and scientific cooperation, and expanding international relations.

A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the parties. This memorandum aims to implement joint educational programs in the fields of cadastral science and medicine, organize academic exchanges for professors and students, improve the skills of specialists, and jointly implement scientific projects.

Furthermore, the meeting included an exchange of views on the implementation of academic exchange programs and the improvement of the skills of professors in the near future.
