Representatives of Alfraganus University actively participated in the international forum "Transformation of the Labor Market in Uzbekistan: New Trends, Key Changes, and Innovative HR," organized by the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its partner organizations in Tashkent.

The forum focused on discussions related to the labor market, innovative HR management, artificial intelligence technologies, and employment issues.

During the event, university representatives exchanged ideas with government and international partners, as well as employers, regarding ensuring the employment of graduates and strengthening the integration of education and the labor market.
