Within the framework of the tasks set by the Decree No. PQ-16 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 30, 2025, the Republican Scientific and Methodological Center for the Development of Education organized an online "Methodological Marathon" to improve the professional skills of educators, popularize advanced experiences, and enhance the quality of education.

Professors and teachers of Alfraganus University actively participated in the marathon with their lectures.

In particular, Acting Professor of the Department of Pedagogy, PhD Sharipova Guzal Sodiqovna gave a lecture on the topic "Forming research and entrepreneurial skills in students through the STEAM approach."

Also, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology Bilolova Zamira Bakhtiyarovna presented her experience and recommendations on the topic "Children and armed conflicts: psychological safety and interagency protection."

This marathon serves to support the continuous professional development of educators, popularize modern pedagogical approaches, and further improve the quality of education.
